System Customisation

Working with researchers at the leading edge of their field requires a flexibility with regard to system customisation to meet the needs of customers. Sensors and probes exposed to the plasma can be customised in terms of material finish, dimensions, and form factor to suit any installation.

Site Data Analysis   

A newly installed system will produce useful data from the first minute of it's installation. Impedans application engineers are available to provide feedback on data received from a customer site. The received data is analyzed and the customer is provided with a comprehensive report. Any optimisations which can be made to the system configuration will also be highlighted.

Live online demonstrations

For those customers who wish to view a demonstration of Impedans' products, Impedans offer live online demonstrations on request. A typical demonstration will allow the customer to view the product in operation on a live plasma chamber. By using telephone conferencing or chat, the customer can specify operating and test conditions and view the results in real-time.
