Customer SupportBuilding and maintaining customer relationships is a core principle at Impedans. The customer is central to all company activity. Remote AccessState-of-the-art remote access systems allow Impedans staff to provide real-time assistance with system installation, qualification and verification. Control of customer systems can be handed over to Impedans personnel to assist with training and system walkthrough activities.
Customer PortalEach Impedans customer is assigned a user account and is given access to the customer portal. The customer can keep up-to-date on the latest product developments, access information on product hardware and software, download application software updates, user manuals and technical notes, and provide feedback on Impedans products and customer service. RespondImpedans strives to respond to all customer queries within a 24 hour period. Respond times to customer queries are monitored regularly to ensure that Impedans customers receive the very best support and assistance.
