Impedans offer an impressive value proposition with a range of advanced and innovative solutions. As part of this talented leadership team, I look forward to helping the company fulfil its potential and reach new heights within this increasingly important industry.
When I graduated from the International Selling Program run by DIT and Enterprise Ireland. It was a huge challenge to juggle the coursework, my job and family life. Both Impedans and my husband were hugely supportive. One of the reasons I joined Impedans was the willingness for flexibility with work/family life, an essential element to sustain both. Impedans is committed to investing in personnel development.
Impedans is an exciting company full of hard-working and kind-hearted people. I’ve had nothing but good experiences working here for the last nine months. While working from home for the last few months has brought its own unique challenges, I’m lucky to be working for such an understanding and patient company.
The innovation and opportunity in our field of plasma is right at the cutting edge of modern technology. It is really interesting to see what customers use our sensors for and the benefits they achieve. Also looking at the advantages that our sensors have you can really get a sense that we are achieving big things in an industry that is slowly realizing that measuring the plasma, not the inputs, is the way forward.
